On Commissions

- I'm interested in your creations, so where do I begin?

Contacting us via e-mail (tiggyworkz@gmail.com) would be the best starting point, or if you're around New Zealand, contact us by phone and/or arrange a visit to our workshop.

- What would you (TiggyWorkz) need to know to get my ideas to created?

Depending on the complexity of the commission, if it's a simple set of ears/tails then we can work with simple descriptions (such as the colour, fabric/fur type and length). With a more complex commission such as a full suit, a character sheet (front, back and side profile of your character) would help immensely.
Contact us with your ideas and we'll work with you to make your ideas come to life.

- How long does it take for my commission to be completed?

We understand all too well about that anxious "I want it to be here already!" feeling, waiting for a commission to be finished. Depending on the complexity of the commission, we aim to have the following turn-around times (once the initial deposit amount for the commission has been fully paid up):

Simpler items, such as paws, ears and/or tails: 1 to 2 weeks
More complex items such as a fursuit/mascot head, partial or full fur/mascot suit: 6 to 8 weeks And as soon as the final outstanding balance on the commission is fully paid, we'll ship your creation out to you.

On Payment

- How much will it cost to have my idea/item commissioned?

Prices for the various items that we do are listed on our products page. However do take in mind the prices might vary as each commission is unique. All prices listed on our site are in New Zealand Dollars (NZ$).

- What payment methods do you accept?

For our overseas customers, we recommend:
PayPal - via Credit Card, or from your debit account. For our local (New Zealand) customers, we recommend:
Direct bank transfer/Internet banking (ASB Bank Limited (New Zealand)) Of course, we accept direct bank transfers (wire transfer) for our overseas customers, or Credit Card payments from our local customers as well. Please note that for all PayPal payments, a 4% surcharge will have to be added to cover PayPal fees (which may include: credit card, forgien currency exchange, and transaction fees).

Also, please note the following points regarding payments:

The initial down-payment (one third (1/3) or half (1/2), as listed out in the commission contract signed by you (the customer)) is non-refundable should you change your mind and decide to cancel the commission.
If you have paid more than the initial down-payment and decide to cancel the commission, we will refund you the amount you've paid, less the initial amount (as listed out in the commission contract) and less any bank/PayPal fees.

We will not ship your item(s) out unless FULL payment on the commission(s) has been made. Absolutely no exceptions to this rule.

On Shipping

- I live in [insert your country of residence here], will you be able to ship it out to me?

As long as you live on planet earth, we'll be able to ship it out to you as long as your local postal service/DHL/FedEx/UPS/etc. provide service to where you live.

- What postal service do you use, and how much would shipping costs be?

For our overseas customers:
We use New Zealand Post International Air Parcel to most destinations (Asia, Europe and North America), unless otherwise specified. We can also use DHL, FedEx or UPS, and can arrange the costs to be charged to your account if you want us to do so. Shipping costs varies depending on the carrier used, and where it'll be sent to. We'll inform you of the charges once we have a fair idea how bulky/heavy the commission is going to be.
For our local (New Zealand) customers:
We use New Zealand Post regular ParcelPost, unless otherwise specified.
We can also use CourierPost, or any other courier service of your choice.

On Other General Questions

- I really love this fursuit/mascot that I came across, can you make it for me?

In short, no. We will not copy other company/people's characters as they're copyrighted by the respective owner(s). Besides, wouldn't creating your own unique character more fun and... unique?
